Mountain Plains
Agricultural Service (MPAS) is an agent association, specializing in
assisting ranchers with
open range livestock herder labor needs through the H-2A program.
Department of Labor
regulations authorize the association to complete and file paperwork on
behalf of our members. MPAS also provides assistance with documentation,
translation and travel for workers.
The H-2A program is highly
regulated through the Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security
and the State Department. MPAS works hard to assist its members in adhering
to these regulations and the time lines required. Interested potential
members are encouraged to spend some time reading the information about
